So, this is a food blog. I created it because I LUV to eat. I've been a bartender for the better part of a decade and have picked up some really great recipes. I also really enjoy entertaining my friends and using them as test subjects for my crazy ideas. Over time, I've cultivated enough knowledge to warrant my own cookbook- but this is the age of the Internet. That's why I have a blog instead.
